How we work with clients

For short stays, we match clients to pre-selected furnished properties that have been verified in person. For longer-term arrangements, we run a fuller consultative process â preferences interview, curated shortlist, accompanied viewings, negotiation, and lease review. And for clients who are already settled but need ongoing support with their rental experience, we offer a monthly care coordination retainer.
Across all three services, the approach is the same: careful, personalised, and centred on what actually serves the person in front of us.

Short-Stay Curated Rentals
Thoughtfully furnished residences available for stays of one week to three months. Each property is selected for comfort, neighbourhood character, and practical amenities â not simply availability. Suited to travelers, remote professionals, or those exploring Bangkok before committing to a longer arrangement.
An orientation session is included for new arrivals, covering transport links, nearby amenities, and how to reach us with questions. Properties range from studio apartments to two-bedroom homes across central Bangkok neighbourhoods.

A personalised consultation and search service for tenants seeking six-month to multi-year rentals. Designed for families, professionals relocating, or anyone who values a careful, considered approach to finding a home rather than a quick solution.
The process begins with a detailed preferences interview covering budget, commute needs, lifestyle priorities, and household requirements. A curated shortlist follows, with accompanied viewings and candid assessments of each option. Negotiation guidance and lease review are included in the one-time service fee.
