For short stays, we match clients to pre-selected furnished properties that have been verified in person. For longer-term arrangements, we run a fuller consultative process — preferences interview, curated shortlist, accompanied viewings, negotiation, and lease review. And for clients who are already settled but need ongoing support with their rental experience, we offer a monthly care coordination retainer.

Across all three services, the approach is the same: careful, personalised, and centred on what actually serves the person in front of us.

Short-Stay Curated Rentals

Thoughtfully furnished residences available for stays of one week to three months. Each property is selected for comfort, neighbourhood character, and practical amenities — not simply availability. An orientation session is included for new arrivals, covering transport links, nearby amenities, and how to reach us with questions. Properties range from studio apartments to two-bedroom homes across central Bangkok neighbourhoods.

Available as a monthly retainer. Particularly helpful for international tenants unfamiliar with local service networks or language considerations, and for anyone who prefers a single point of contact for all rental-related matters.
