What does the Long-Term Lease Matching process look like from start to finish?

From there, we prepare a focused shortlist and arrange accompanied viewings. After viewings we give you our honest thoughts, help with any negotiations, and review the lease before you sign. The process typically takes two to four weeks depending on the Bangkok market and your requirements.

Not at all. While it is particularly useful for international residents who may not yet know local service providers or prefer support with Thai-language communications, any tenant who values a straightforward point of contact for rental management can benefit from the service.
